These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Mada Home website and to all orders placed through our online store.
This website and store are operated by Mada Collection Gifts, a business licensed in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
By accessing our website, browsing our products, creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our website or place an order.
1. About Mada Home
Mada Home offers home fragrance products and related items.
Our products are sold as ready stock, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
We may add, remove, or update products from time to time without prior notice.
2. Product information
We do our best to display product descriptions, images, sizes, prices, colors, packaging, and other product information as accurately as possible.
However, product images may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, packaging updates, or batch differences.
Product descriptions are provided for general information only. Customers should read product information carefully before placing an order.
3. Product safety and use
Our home fragrance products should be used carefully and only for their intended purpose.
Unless otherwise stated on the product label or product page, customers should follow these safety precautions:
* keep products away from children and pets;
* do not ingest;
* avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and broken or irritated skin;
* avoid spraying directly on people, pets, food, or delicate surfaces;
* keep away from heat, flames, and direct sunlight;
* store in a cool, dry place;
* test on a small hidden area before using on fabrics, furniture, or surfaces;
* stop using the product if irritation or an unusual reaction occurs.
Customers are responsible for using products safely and according to any instructions, warnings, or product labels provided.
Mada Collection Gifts is not responsible for damage, irritation, misuse, improper storage, incorrect use, or failure to follow product instructions or safety precautions.
4. Orders
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products according to these Terms & Conditions and the details shown at checkout.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method. This confirmation means we have received your order. It does not mean that we are required to accept or complete the order in all circumstances.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund an order where necessary, including where:
* the product is unavailable;
* there is an error in the product information, price, or order details;
* payment is not completed or cannot be verified;
* the delivery information is incomplete or invalid;
* we are unable to contact the customer to confirm or deliver the order;
* we reasonably believe the order may be fraudulent, unlawful, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions;
* we are unable to process or fulfill the order for reasons outside our reasonable control.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Prices and currency
All prices are shown in AED unless otherwise stated.
We currently sell and deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
We may update prices, promotions, delivery terms, and product availability at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed, unless there is an obvious error in the listed price or product information.
6. VAT and taxes
Mada Collection Gifts is not currently VAT registered.
Unless otherwise stated, prices shown on the website do not include VAT. If our VAT status changes in the future, we will update our website and policies accordingly.
7. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
We may accept payment methods such as card payment, Apple Pay, and cash on delivery, depending on what is available at checkout at the time of order.
If you choose an online payment method, payment may be processed through secure payment providers or platforms used by our website. By completing payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
If you choose cash on delivery, you agree to pay the full order amount at the time of delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel cash on delivery orders where we are unable to confirm the order, contact the customer, or complete delivery.
8. Shipping and delivery
We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only, across all UAE emirates.
Shipping is currently offered free of charge within the UAE.
Estimated delivery is typically 2–3 business days from order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume, courier delays, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, customer unavailability, weather conditions, technical issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information and for being available to receive the order.

9. Failed delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a correct street address and for responding to delivery-related calls, messages, or instructions.
If the first delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, missed calls, incorrect address details, refusal to receive, or failure to respond, we may arrange one second delivery attempt where possible.
If the second delivery attempt also fails, the order may be returned to us.
If the order was paid online and is returned to us after failed delivery, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method after the item is returned to us, subject to our review and applicable policy terms.
If the order was cash on delivery and delivery fails, the order may be cancelled.
10. Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation by contacting us before the order is delivered.
If the order has not yet been fulfilled or dispatched, we will cancel it where possible.
If the order is already on the way, the customer may still refuse delivery. If the order was prepaid, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method after the item is returned to us, subject to our review and applicable policy terms.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer, or bank.
11. Returns and refunds
Customers may request a return within 10 working days from the delivery date if the product is unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Opened products cannot be returned or refunded because of scent preference, change of mind, or personal preference, unless the product is defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrect.
If a product arrives broken, leaking, damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo proof of the issue.
Depending on the customer’s preference and the circumstances of the issue, we may offer a refund, replacement, or exchange.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer, or bank.

12. Product availability
All products are subject to availability.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, update packaging, change product details, or remove products from the website at any time.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact the customer to offer an alternative, replacement, delay, or refund.
13. Promotions and offers
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, bundles, free gifts, or limited-time offers.
Promotions may be subject to additional terms, expiry dates, product availability, or order requirements.
We reserve the right to update, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time, unless otherwise required by law.
14. Customer accounts
Customers may be able to check out as guests or create an account, depending on the website settings available at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
If you believe your account has been used without authorization, please contact us as soon as possible.
15. Website use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive purpose.
You must not attempt to interfere with the operation, security, availability, or functionality of the website.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to our website where we reasonably believe a user has breached these Terms & Conditions or used the website improperly.

We may use trusted service providers and partners to operate our website, process payments, manage orders, deliver shipments, provide analytics, support marketing activities, and provide customer service.
Customer name, phone number, delivery address, order details, and other necessary information may be shared with delivery partners where needed to deliver the order.

18. Marketing communications
Where permitted, and based on the customer’s communication preferences, we may send marketing communications by email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone, or other available channels.
Customers may opt out of marketing communications where applicable by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the message or by contacting us.
Transactional messages related to orders, payment, delivery, customer service, returns, or refunds are not considered marketing messages and may still be sent where necessary.
19. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mada Collection Gifts and Mada Home shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or loss of data arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
Our responsibility for any order will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected product, except where the law requires otherwise.
20. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
This may include, but is not limited to, courier delays, logistics delays, supply disruption, technical issues, payment provider issues, public holidays, weather conditions, emergencies, government actions, restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where such circumstances affect an order, we will do our best to support a reasonable solution.
21. Changes to these Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version published on our website at the time of order will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or by an authority.
Customers are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions before placing an order.
22. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts or authorities in the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
