This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed through the Mada Home website, operated by Mada Collection Gifts, a business licensed in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to this Shipping & Delivery Policy.
1. Delivery area
We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
Delivery is available across all UAE emirates, subject to the delivery information provided by the customer and the availability of delivery services in the relevant area.
We do not currently offer delivery outside the UAE. If we expand to other countries in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
2. Delivery fee
Shipping is currently offered free of charge within the UAE.
If our delivery fees change in the future, the applicable delivery fee will be shown at checkout before the order is completed.
3. Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery is typically 2–3 business days from order confirmation.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we do our best to process and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. Possible delays
Delays may occasionally occur due to factors including, but not limited to:
* high order volume;
* seasonal peaks;
* courier or logistics delays;
* public holidays;
* weather conditions;
* technical issues;
* payment verification issues;
* incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
* inability to contact the customer for delivery;
* customer unavailability;
* or other unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will do our best to support a reasonable solution using the contact details provided at checkout.
5. Order processing
Orders are processed after order confirmation.
For online payments, the order is processed after successful payment.
For cash on delivery orders, the order may be processed after we receive the order details and, where needed, confirm the order or delivery information.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to confirm the order, contact the customer, verify the delivery information, or complete delivery.
6. Delivery information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.
This includes, where applicable:
* full name;
* mobile number;
* email address, if requested;
* emirate;
* area;
* street address;
* building, villa, apartment, or office details;
* any useful delivery instructions.
We deliver to street addresses. Customers should provide a clear home, office, or other physical delivery address.
If the delivery information provided is incorrect, incomplete, or unclear, delivery may be delayed or may fail.
We will do our best to support the customer where possible, but we are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional delivery attempts caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
7. Customer availability for delivery
Customers are responsible for being available to receive their order and for responding to delivery-related calls, messages, or instructions.
If delivery is delayed or fails because the customer does not answer calls, does not respond to messages, is unavailable at the delivery address, refuses to receive the order, or does not complete a required delivery step, we will do our best to assist, but the responsibility remains with the customer.
8. Delivery attempts
If the first delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, missed calls, incorrect address details, refusal to receive, or failure to respond to delivery communication, we may arrange one second delivery attempt where possible.
If the second delivery attempt also fails, the order may be returned to us.
If the order was paid online and is returned to us after failed delivery, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method after the item is returned to us and reviewed.
If the order was cash on delivery and delivery fails, the order may be cancelled.
9. Refused delivery
If a customer refuses to receive an order, the order may be returned to us.
If the order was paid online, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method after the item is returned to us and reviewed.
If the order was cash on delivery, the order may be cancelled.
10. Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery may be available as a payment method if shown at checkout.
If you choose cash on delivery, you agree to pay the full order amount at the time of delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or not complete cash on delivery orders where we are unable to confirm the order, contact the customer, verify the delivery details, or complete delivery.
11. Delivery tracking and communication
Where delivery updates or tracking information are available, they may be shared with the customer by SMS, WhatsApp, phone call, email, or another available communication method.
Tracking availability may depend on the delivery partner handling the order.
12. Damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide clear photo proof showing the issue and the packaging, where relevant.
Please do not return, discard, alter, use, or dispose of the item before contacting us and receiving instructions.
Damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect items are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
13. Split shipments
In some cases, items from the same order may arrive separately.
This may happen because of product availability, delivery arrangements, or operational reasons.
If your order is split into more than one shipment, we will do our best to keep you informed where possible.
14. Risk of loss
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer or received by the customer or their representative.
If the customer authorizes delivery to a reception, security desk, building staff, family member, office, or another representative, the order may be considered delivered once handed over to that person or location.
